DEFINITIONEN<\/b><\/h2><p><b>Die Autovermietung<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Die Autovermietung ist Benzini Campers AS\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Der Mieter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 die auf der Vorderseite des Vertrags genannte Person, die das Fahrzeug von der Autovermietung zur Nutzung erhalten hat<\/span><\/p><p><b>Das Fahrzeug<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Jedes Auto, Wohnmobil, Anh\u00e4nger oder Motorrad, das von der Autovermietung vermietet wird<\/span><\/p><p><b>Die Vereinbarung<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 der zwischen der Autovermietung geschlossene Mietvertrag<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zwischen dem Unternehmen und dem Mieter, der sich aus den vorliegenden Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen zusammensetzt<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2) NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN DES FAHRZEUGS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nur der Mieter und\/oder andere Personen, die von der Autovermietung als zus\u00e4tzliche Fahrer in den Vertrag aufgenommen wurden, d\u00fcrfen das Fahrzeug f\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ALTER<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Fahrer muss am Tag der Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrages mindestens 19 Jahre* alt sein.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young driver fee of 150 NOK\/day incl. VAT is applied if the driver is 25 or younger.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*25 Jahre alt f\u00fcr City Camper; 24 Jahre alt f\u00fcr Motorradmiete<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00dcHRERSCHEIN<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver must show a valid driving license which allows him to operate the Vehicle. If the licence is not readable in the Latin alphabet or doesn\u2019t have a driver&#8217;s picture, the Renter must show an international driving licence. A digital driving licence is not accepted.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding a driving license for the requested category for at least one year is mandatory.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TREIBER<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Person (einschlie\u00dflich dem Mieter) ist das F\u00fchren des Fahrzeugs untersagt:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wer die von der Autovermietung festgelegten Anforderungen nicht erf\u00fcllt<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unternehmen<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wer unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol, Drogen oder anderen Substanzen steht<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">das Bewusstsein beeintr\u00e4chtigen und die Reaktion verz\u00f6gern<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wer im Besitz einer Lernerlaubnis oder einer Probelizenz ist<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Mieter ist f\u00fcr die umsichtige Nutzung und sorgf\u00e4ltige F\u00fchrung des Fahrzeugs verantwortlich<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">er verpflichtet sich, das Fahrzeug nur bestimmungsgem\u00e4\u00df zu nutzen.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to reclaim the Vehicle in its direct possession at any time if the Renter fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, without providing a refund.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Renter wishes to travel outside Norway, this must be agreed upon by the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Autovermietung ist nicht verantwortlich f\u00fcr das Verschwinden oder die Besch\u00e4digung von Eigentum, das der Mieter oder eine andere Partei im Fahrzeug zur\u00fcckl\u00e4sst<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of hiring the vehicle, the Renter is responsible for compliance with all traffic and legal regulations, for which the Renter is fully liable for the entire length of the rental of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der gesamte Versicherungsschutz erlischt, wenn eine der oben genannten Bedingungen verletzt wird.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KILOMETERSTAND<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no mileage limit. Should the Renter, however, drive north of Trondheim (i.e. visiting Lofoten) and their booking is shorter than 12 days, a fee of 4900 NOK (incl. VAT) applies.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INS AUSLAND FAHREN<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fahrten im Ausland sind nur in den skandinavischen L\u00e4ndern Schweden, D\u00e4nemark und Finnland erlaubt. Wenn der Mieter mit dem gemieteten Fahrzeug ins Ausland reisen m\u00f6chte, muss dies im Voraus mit der Autovermietung vereinbart werden.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DIE NUTZUNG DES FAHRZEUGS IST VERBOTEN<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zur Bef\u00f6rderung von mehr Personen als im Zulassungsschein oder in der technischen Spezifikation des Fahrzeugs zul\u00e4ssig<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr Fahrten im Gel\u00e4nde oder auf Stra\u00dfen, die nicht f\u00fcr das Fahrzeug vorgesehen sind<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auf unbefestigten Stra\u00dfen (unbefestigt oder geschottert) oder an Str\u00e4nden. Bei Fahrten auf diesen Stra\u00dfen erlischt jeglicher Schadensschutz. Der Mieter haftet f\u00fcr alle Sch\u00e4den, die durch die Fahrt auf unbefestigten (unbefestigten oder geschotterten) Stra\u00dfen entstehen.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Autovermietung bietet keine Pannenhilfe oder Reparaturen an, wenn sich das Fahrzeug auf einer unbefestigten Stra\u00dfe befindet. A fine of 5000 NOK will be charged upon breaching this prohibition.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REISEN MIT KINDERN<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company will take no responsibility for an incorrect Vehicle booked for carrying children.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jede Verweigerung der \u00dcbernahme des gebuchten Fahrzeugs gilt als Stornierung am Tag der Abholung und hat keinen Anspruch auf R\u00fcckerstattung.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company is not legally responsible for the chosen child seat or booster and its use during rental. This is entirely the responsibility of the Renter.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>3) \u00dcBERGABE UND R\u00dcCKGABE DES FAHRZEUGS<\/b><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ZEIT<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter in an operating condition, together with the documents required for driving.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter at the time scheduled in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick-up and late drop-off outside of the Car Rental Company working hours (8 am-8 pm) are subject to a flat fee of 750 NOK.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle to the Car Rental Company in the place, on the date and at the time stated in the Agreement. This is no later than 11 am if not agreed differently in writing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter be late for pick-up or drop-off without prior notice, a late fee of 500 NOK per 30 minutes applies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early pick-up and late drop-off are subject to an extra fee of 125 NOK per additional hour. These are subjects of availability and must be agreed on with the Car Rental Company beforehand.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REINIGUNGSGEB\u00dcHR<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition to the Renter, who agrees to pay a cleaning fee (current price on benzinicampers.com\/reservations) should the vehicle not be returned to the Car Rental Company in the same clean condition.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepaid Final Cleaning fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to charge the Renter for professional cleaning if any part of the vehicle is extremely dirty on return.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Chemietoilette entleert und von innen und au\u00dfen gereinigt zur\u00fcckzugeben. Sollte der Mieter die Chemietoilette nicht gereinigt zur\u00fcckgeben, berechnet die Autovermietung 1.500 NOK f\u00fcr die Reinigung.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KRAFTSTOFF<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Fahrzeug wird dem Mieter mit vollem Tank \u00fcbergeben.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es wird vereinbart, dass das Fahrzeug mit vollem Tank an die Autovermietung zur\u00fcckgegeben wird. Sollte diese Bedingung nicht erf\u00fcllt sein, ist die Autovermietung berechtigt, dem Mieter das Auftanken des Fahrzeugs in Rechnung zu stellen. Eine Geb\u00fchr von 251 TP3T wird zus\u00e4tzlich zur Tankrechnung erhoben.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wrong fuel usage is not covered by insurance, and the Renter takes full responsibility for the damage and its costs to fix it, even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anzeige Blau<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the rental vehicles use the fuel additive AdBlue to lower their emissions. This liquid must be refilled when the car computer signals this need.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must obey this signalisation and refill the AdBlue.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Mieter, der das AdBlue-Nachf\u00fcllen nicht rechtzeitig durchf\u00fchrt und dadurch ein Schaden am Fahrzeug entsteht, tr\u00e4gt unabh\u00e4ngig von der Haftungsgrenze s\u00e4mtliche Reparaturkosten.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refuelling cost for AdBlue will be reimbursed by the Car Rental Company to the Renter should the Renter drive less than 2500 km during their rental period. A valid receipt must be provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SCHL\u00dcSSEL<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the cost of replacing keys which are lost or broken, or for the retrieval of keys locked in a Vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost is covered fully by the Renter, regardless of the Insurance package that may have been taken and even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SCHADENSPR\u00dcFUNG<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Mieter muss das Fahrzeug im gleichen Zustand zur\u00fcckgeben, in dem er es erhalten hat. Die gesamte Ausr\u00fcstung muss vorhanden und im gleichen Zustand sein.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn Wetterbedingungen, Dunkelheit, Ort und\/oder Zeitpunkt der R\u00fcckgabe des Fahrzeugs es der Autovermietung nicht erm\u00f6glichen, den Verlust von Teilen des Fahrzeugs und\/oder Sch\u00e4den am Fahrzeug und\/oder seinen Teilen w\u00e4hrend der R\u00fcckgabe festzustellen Mietdauer oder wenn es aufgrund des schmutzigen Zustands des Fahrzeugs, des Ortes des Schadens und\/oder des urspr\u00fcnglichen Standorts der fehlenden Teile schwieriger ist, eine solche Entdeckung zu machen, hat die Autovermietung das Recht, vom Mieter die Erstattung des Schadens zu verlangen Sch\u00e4den auch dann, wenn solche Sch\u00e4den erst nach Annahme der R\u00fcckgabe des Fahrzeugs festgestellt werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Autovermietung hat das Recht, nur die Erstattung solcher Sch\u00e4den zu verlangen, die sp\u00e4testens innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach \u00dcbernahme des Fahrzeugs festgestellt wurden, sofern das Fahrzeug in diesem Zeitraum nicht bereits an eine andere Person vermietet wurde.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4) ADD-ONS<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Autovermietung beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, etwaige Zusatzleistungen zu stornieren und zu erstatten. Diese unterliegen der Verf\u00fcgbarkeit.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr die Stornierung der Zusatzleistungen durch den Mieter gelten dieselben Stornierungsbedingungen wie f\u00fcr die Stornierung der Reservierung<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All add-ons must be returned in the same condition they were picked up in. Should the add-ons be returned dirty or damaged, the Car Rental Company has the right to charge the Renter a cleaning fee or replacement of the item at the current market rates.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>5) VERSICHERUNG<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All vehicles of the Car Rental Company have Compulsory third-party insurance coverage. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 10.000 NOK. This coverage option protects both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option also comes with free 24\/7 roadside assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Full Insurance: 10.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peace-of-Mind-Versicherung:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 5.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 5.000 NOK. In addition to full coverage, the Renter gets free 24\/7 road assistance and free change of dates* up to 24 hours before check-in.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Peace Of Mind Insurance: 5.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* In case the Renter must cancel his reservation on short notice, when he is not entitled to a refund or doesn\u2019t want the refund. Peace of Mind insurance allows free change of dates according to availability. If the new rental price per day varies: a.) lower price &#8211; non-refundable; b.) higher price &#8211; the difference must be paid.
