Campervan Dante

Campervan Dante is a city campervan with an automatic gearbox that offers the highest comfort while remaining a compact vehicle under 6 metres. It features a hot water system, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and comfortable sleeping arrangements, making you feel at home on the road trip.

Location

Just like all our campervans, Dante’s home is in Sandefjord town, 15 minutes from Torp Airport and 1,5 hours from Oslo. You can pick it up at any of our rental locations, where we will meet you in person to give you an introduction to the campervan.

Layout & Sleeping

At the front, you will find two single seats, each on a swivel base that lets you rotate them when camping. The rear seat comes with two seat belts and ISOFIX mounts. In the back part of the vehicle is a full double bed. The third bed must be set up in front, if needed. Duvets, pillows and bedding follow in the campervan. There are windows with shades and mosquito nets on all sides of the vehicle.

Kitchen

The indoor kitchen is equipped with a double gas stove fueled by an 11 kg gas bottle, a sink with running water (warm) and 100 l fresh and 90 l grey water tanks. The front-loading 62 l fridge will keep your beer cold. The cupboard is filled with all the necessary dishes and utensils you might need for your camping cooking (list below), and a lot of storage space is left for your groceries.

Bathroom and storage

In the middle of the campervan, there is a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Water can be heated by gas (wild camping) or electricity (at campsites).

Plenty of storage compartments are located above and under the main bed.

Electricity

When the camper is not connected to the external power source (wild camping), the lights, USB ports, fridge, auxiliary heater, and cold/hot water tap work.

When the camper is connected to the external power source (at campsites), in addition to the above-mentioned features, the 220 V outlets and floor heating also work.

Driving

For the ultimate comfort during the driving part of your journey, Dante features cruise control, a rear camera, comfy armrests, storage compartments in the cab, a DAB radio or Bluetooth to play music and more. You’ll need an original USB cable to connect to CarPlay. There is an automatic transmission, and the vehicle runs on diesel. Its 70-litre tank can drive you up to 800 km away!
