Conditions<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ce9c0a elementor-tabs-view-horizontal elementor-widget elementor-widget-tabs\" data-id=\"7ce9c0a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"tabs.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tabs\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tabs-wrapper\" role=\"tablist\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1301\" class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-desktop-title\" aria-selected=\"true\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1301\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Valid for reservations starting in 2026<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tabs-content-wrapper\" role=\"tablist\" aria-orientation=\"vertical\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"true\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1301\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Valid for reservations starting in 2026<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1301\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1301\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"false\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When completing a reservation with Benzini Campers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The signatory who signs this agreement on behalf of the renter is authorised to act as such.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>1) DEFINITIONS<\/b><\/h2><p><b>The Car Rental Company<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the car rental company is Benzini Campers AS\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>The Renter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the person stated on the front page of the Agreement, who received the Vehicle for use from the Car Rental Company<\/span><\/p><p><b>The Vehicle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Any car, camper, trailer or motorbike rented out by the Car Rental Company<\/span><\/p><p><b>The Agreement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the rental agreement concluded between the Car Rental<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Company and the Renter, which consists of the present Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2) CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only the Renter and\/or other persons who were included in the Agreement by the Car Rental Company as additional drivers are allowed to drive the vehicle.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver must be 19 years old* or older on the day of signing the rental contract.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young driver fee of 150 NOK\/day incl. VAT is applied if the driver is 25 or younger.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*25 years old for City Camper; 24 years old for Motorbike rental<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DRIVING LICENCE<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver must show a valid driving license which allows him to operate the Vehicle. If the licence is not readable in the Latin alphabet or doesn\u2019t have a driver&#8217;s picture, the Renter must show an international driving licence. A digital driving licence is not accepted.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding a driving license for the requested category for at least one year is mandatory.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DRIVER<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Driving the vehicle is prohibited for the person (including the Renter):<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who does not comply with the requirements established by the Car Rental<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Company<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who is under the influence of alcoholic, narcotic or other substances, which<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">impede consciousness and delay reaction<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who holds a learner\u2019s permit or a probationary license<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for prudent use and careful driving of the Vehicle, and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">he or she undertakes to use the Vehicle only according to its designated purposes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to reclaim the Vehicle in its direct possession at any time if the Renter fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, without providing a refund.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Renter wishes to travel outside Norway, this must be agreed upon by the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company is not responsible for the disappearance or damage to property that The Renter or any other party leaves in the vehicle<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of hiring the vehicle, the Renter is responsible for compliance with all traffic and legal regulations, for which the Renter is fully liable for the entire length of the rental of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All insurance coverage will be terminated if any of the above terms are breached.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MILEAGE<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no mileage limit. Should the Renter, however, drive north of Trondheim (i.e. visiting Lofoten) and their booking is shorter than 12 days, a fee of 4900 NOK (incl. VAT) applies.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DRIVING ABROAD<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Driving abroad is allowed only in Scandinavian countries: Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. If the Renter wishes to travel with the rented Vehicle abroad, it must be agreed upon beforehand with the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE VEHICLE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For transport of more people than permitted in the registration certificate or technical specification of the vehicle<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For driving in off-road conditions or on roads that are not designated for the vehicle<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On unsealed (dirt or gravel) roads, or beaches. Travel on these roads voids all damage protection coverages. The Renter will be liable for all damages caused by travelling on unsealed (dirt or gravel) roads.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company does not provide any road assistance or repairs when the vehicle is on an unsealed road, this is the Renter&#8217;s responsibility entirely to arrange their own assistance<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interior of the Vehicle is strictly non-smoking. A fine of 5000 NOK will be charged upon breaching this prohibition.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company will take no responsibility for an incorrect Vehicle booked for carrying children.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any refusal to take the Vehicle that was booked is classified as a cancellation on the day of pick-up and will not be entitled to a refund.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company is not legally responsible for the chosen child seat or booster and its use during rental. This is entirely the responsibility of the Renter.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>3) TRANSFER AND RETURN OF THE VEHICLE<\/b><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TIME<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter in an operating condition, together with the documents required for driving.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter at the time scheduled in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick-up and late drop-off outside of the Car Rental Company working hours (8 am-8 pm) are subject to a flat fee of 750 NOK.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle to the Car Rental Company in the place, on the date and at the time stated in the Agreement. This is no later than 11 am if not agreed differently in writing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter be late for pick-up or drop-off without prior notice, a late fee of 500 NOK per 30 minutes applies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early pick-up and late drop-off are subject to an extra fee of 125 NOK per additional hour. These are subjects of availability and must be agreed on with the Car Rental Company beforehand.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CLEANING FEE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition to the Renter, who agrees to pay a cleaning fee (current price on benzinicampers.com\/reservations) should the vehicle not be returned to the Car Rental Company in the same clean condition.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepaid Final Cleaning fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to charge the Renter for professional cleaning if any part of the vehicle is extremely dirty on return.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter agrees to return the chemical toilet emptied and cleaned from inside and outside. Should the Renter fail to return the chemical toilet cleaned, the Car Rental Company charges 1500 NOK for its cleaning.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FUEL<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle will be delivered to the Renter with a full fuel tank.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vehicle is agreed to be returned with a full fuel tank to the Car Rental Company. Should this condition be unmet, the Car Rental Company is authorised to charge the Renter for refuelling the Vehicle. A 25% fee will be applied on top of the fuel bill.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wrong fuel usage is not covered by insurance, and the Renter takes full responsibility for the damage and its costs to fix it, even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AD BLUE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the rental vehicles use the fuel additive AdBlue to lower their emissions. This liquid must be refilled when the car computer signals this need.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must obey this signalisation and refill the AdBlue.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter who fails to refill the AdBlue in time, which results in damage to the Vehicle, will bear all repair costs regardless of the liability limit.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refuelling cost for AdBlue will be reimbursed by the Car Rental Company to the Renter should the Renter drive less than 2500 km during their rental period. A valid receipt must be provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KEYS<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the cost of replacing keys which are lost or broken, or for the retrieval of keys locked in a Vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost is covered fully by the Renter, regardless of the Insurance package that may have been taken and even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DAMAGE INSPECTION<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must return the Vehicle in the same condition as it was received. All equipment must be in place and in the same condition.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If weather conditions, darkness, place and\/or time of the return of the Vehicle do not allow the Car Rental Company to discover the loss of parts of the Vehicle, and\/or damage caused to the Vehicle and\/or to its parts during the period of rent, or if it is harder to make such discovery due to dirty condition of the Vehicle, location of the damage and\/or initial location of the missing parts, the Car Rental Company has the right to demand from the Renter reimbursement of the damage also if such damage is discovered only after acceptance of return the Vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company has the right to demand reimbursement of only such damage which was discovered not later than within 72 hours after acceptance of the Vehicle, under the condition that during that time the Vehicle was not already rented to another person.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4) ADD-ONS<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any add-ons. These are subject to availability.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation of the add-ons by the Renter follows the same cancellation policy as the cancellation of the reservation<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All add-ons must be returned in the same condition they were picked up in. Should the add-ons be returned dirty or damaged, the Car Rental Company has the right to charge the Renter a cleaning fee or replacement of the item at the current market rates.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>5) INSURANCE<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All vehicles of the Car Rental Company have Compulsory third-party insurance coverage. CDW (Basic Insurance) is mandatory in Norway and covers damage to the driver, passengers, other people\u2019s vehicles and other people\u2019s property.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INSURANCE doesn\u2019t cover<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any of the following situations will be covered by the Renter at full cost, regardless of the insurance plan chosen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any damage to the Vehicle, when in breach of a clause in this Rental Agreement.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage due to gross negligence,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage due to war, revolution, civil unrest or riots.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Water damage to the vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holes burned into seats, carpets, or mats.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interior damages (bed, seats, kitchen equipment, bathroom equipment\u2026) and damages to the camping parts of the Vehicle (awning, roof tent, auxiliary heater, water tank, waste tank, plastic windows, skylights, bike racks\u2026)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage affecting wheels, tires, suspension, batteries, glass (other than windows), and radios.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loss by theft of parts of the vehicle and damage resulting from this.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage caused by driving on rough roads to the vehicle\u2019s transmission, drive and parts that are in or attached to the chassis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage resulting from driving in places where vehicle traffic is banned, such as paths, tracks, banks of snow, ice, unbridged rivers or streams and beaches.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For any cost associated with the incorrect use of fuel.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage or costs resulting from not filling AdBlue in time.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damages caused by the wind blowing up a door.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost to replace keys that have become damaged, lost, stolen, or locked inside the vehicle.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost to retrieve or recover the vehicle from any restricted area, submerged, bogged, trapped, or abandoned, unless caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Renter.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any lost\/damaged\/stolen personal belongings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>In addition to Basic insurance, the Renter can purchase Advanced Insurance or Peace Of Mind Insurance to lower their liability:<\/b><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic Insurance:\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic insurance has a self-risk of 20.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 20.000 NOK. Basic Insurance covers both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option comes with 24\/7 roadside assistance (liability 750 NOK).<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Basic Insurance: 20.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced Insurance:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 10.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 10.000 NOK. This coverage option protects both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option also comes with free 24\/7 roadside assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Full Insurance: 10.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peace Of Mind Insurance:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 5.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 5.000 NOK. In addition to full coverage, the Renter gets free 24\/7 road assistance and free change of dates* up to 24 hours before check-in.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Peace Of Mind Insurance: 5.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* In case the Renter must cancel his reservation on short notice, when he is not entitled to a refund or doesn\u2019t want the refund. Peace of Mind insurance allows free change of dates according to availability. If the new rental price per day varies: a.) lower price &#8211; non-refundable; b.) higher price &#8211; the difference must be paid. This can be applied only once.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SECURITY DEPOSIT<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon picking up the Vehicle, the security deposit must be authorised on the Renter&#8217;s card.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The amount of the security deposit depends on the type of Renter\u2019s chosen insurance package.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after the return of the Vehicle, should the Vehicle be returned in the same condition as on the pick-up.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Security Deposit won&#8217;t show up on the Renters&#8217; bank account as a transaction, since it was never charged, but only authorised.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Security Deposit is captured in case of an accident, any remaining amount will be returned after the incident is cleared.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>6) PAYMENT<\/b><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RENTAL OF THE VEHICLE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rental of the vehicle must be paid by card or via bank transfer. All prices are in NOK (Norwegian Krone)\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter choose payment via bank transfer, whose bank does not offer currency options, the Renter is responsible for exchange rate differences and has to pay the difference.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the bank transfer fees.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The required amount to reserve the Vehicle is 50% of the total amount. The second instalment must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the rental period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All charges are inclusive of 25% VAT (Government tax).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ROAD TOLLS<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Vehicles are equipped with AutoPASS electronic devices, so the Renter can have worry-free travel.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With these, the Renter only pays for what he or she uses plus VAT of 25%.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The overview and total cost will be sent to the Renter within several days after the rental period ends.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is not allowed to use his own AutoPASS device or similar agreements.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3RD PARTY TICKETS<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Car Rental Company receive a parking, private toll, speeding or any other ticket from the Renter\u2019s period of the rental, the Renter is responsible for covering the ticket.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company covers the cost of the ticket and reserves the right to charge the Renter\u2019s card regardless of when the rental period ended.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to add a 25% service fee for each ticket received from the Renters&#8217; rental period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter choose bank transfer as the payment option, the Renter must cover the bank processing fees.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter has one week from the first payment request is sent to pay the costs to the Car Rental Company. If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of 100 NOK per week will be applied. If payment is still not received after 31 days, the case will be handed over to a collection agency.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>7) CANCELLATION<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cancellation has to be sent by email to booking@benzinicampers.com<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the date of cancellation<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the booking is cancelled <\/span><b>30 days or more<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before the start of the rental period, the full amount will be refunded (excluding the 3rd party transaction fee)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the booking is cancelled<\/span><b> within 15 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before the start of the rental period, 50% of the cost of the booking will be refunded (excluding the 3rd party transaction fee)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the booking is cancelled<\/span><b> less than 15 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before the start of the rental period, there will be no refund<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to cancel any reservation\/booking in case of overbooking or any other reason. In this case, the full rental amount will be refunded.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>8) DAMAGE, ACCIDENTS, THEFT &amp; VANDALISM<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to immediately inform the Car Rental Company via<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">telephone of any traffic accident, accident, theft or damage to the Vehicle and\/or its<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">parts, and\/or of any other incident that happened to the Vehicle<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to record the names, telephone numbers and addresses of<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participants in the incident and witnesses of the incident<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to cooperate with the Car Rental Company, its insurers and law enforcement authorities in the course of investigation and resolution of legal issues arising from a traffic accident, theft and\/or act of vandalism.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the three above-mentioned conditions are not met, the Renter covers all the costs to repair the Rental Vehicle and any other costs connected with the accident.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for all fluids necessary for the operation of the Vehicle. Checking the levels of oil and cooling liquid is recommended by the manufacturer every 500 km.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should there be a malfunction of the Vehicle due to a lack of the Vehicle\u2019s fluids, the Renter is responsible for covering the damage.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the correct tire pressure during the rental period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any damage to the interior of the Vehicle and its camping parts (details in the 5th paragraph of this document) is not covered by any of the insurance packages.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is not allowed to repair any damage on his own unless it\u2019s agreed on with the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MALFUNCTION<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vehicles are fully maintained and serviced; however, it must be recognised that occasional breakdowns and problems may occur.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of failure or malfunction of the main parts of the Vehicle and its parts, the Renter will immediately contact the Car Rental Company and will follow its instructions. The Car Rental Company shall take all necessary steps to remedy these defects.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Renter does not follow the Car Rental Company&#8217;s instructions, and his actions make the problem even worse, it\u2019s the Renter who will cover the full cost of repairing the Vehicle.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Rental Company does not refund any lost bookings (flights, activities, ferries, etc.) if those were lost due to the Vehicle failure. No alternative accommodation or food items will be paid for during such downtime.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: It can often be difficult to carry out repairs during weekends and holiday periods and\/or in remote areas due to limited opening times and\/or spare parts.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: Some of the vehicles are older types with plenty of mileage, some of them over 300k km. The Car Rental Company does, however, maintain them regularly and keep them up to the safety standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any refund for on-road problems will be made at the end of the rental period and will be decided by the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>9) CAMPING<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parking for a night must be taken in a safe place. It\u2019s forbidden to park on the side of the road without any form of protection from traffic. The Renter is not allowed to park the Vehicle for a night on a terrain that can change overnight (water rise, muddy ground, etc.).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company takes no responsibility for accidents caused by the wrong usage of gas, electrical or other equipment in the Vehicle. A complete introduction to the usage of these is always provided to the Renter before the start of the rental period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By agreeing to these Terms &amp; Conditions, the Renter was informed to keep the gas safety lever closed at all times when not in use.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A carbon monoxide (CO2) alarm is located in each Vehicle and checked by the Car Rental Company before each rental. It is the responsibility of the Renter to oversee its working condition (battery state) during the rental period.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESPONSIBLE WILD CAMPING\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter agrees to follow the rules set by Allemannsretten and Traffic law<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must leave the camping spot in the same or better condition than on his arrival.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter agrees to protect water quality.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No trash, toilet paper or one-use wet towels may be left behind. Faeces must be buried at least 10 cm beneath the ground.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not light an open fire in nature.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep nature clean!<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>10) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By signing the Agreement, the Renter allows the Car Rental Company to use his or her personal data, and to store and process the data arising from the Agreement according to the needs of the Car Rental Company, which include statistical analysis, solvency checks and protection of property of the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By signing the rental agreement, the Renter confirms that he\/she read and accepted the Car Rental Company&#8217;s terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirmation, by checking the box on the Benzini Campers website when making a reservation, is also considered consent.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-746fbad elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"746fbad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benzini Campers Terms &amp;
