DEFINICIONES<\/b><\/h2><p><b>La empresa de alquiler de coches<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 la empresa de alquiler de coches es Benzini Campers AS\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>El inquilino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 la persona indicada en la portada del Acuerdo, que recibi\u00f3 el Veh\u00edculo para su uso de la Empresa de alquiler de coches<\/span><\/p><p><b>El veh\u00edculo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Cualquier coche, autocaravana, remolque o motocicleta alquilada por la empresa de alquiler de veh\u00edculos.<\/span><\/p><p><b>El acuerdo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 el contrato de alquiler celebrado entre Car Rental<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empresa y el Arrendatario, que consiste en los presentes T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2) CONDICIONES DE USO DEL VEH\u00cdCULO<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3lo el Arrendatario y\/u otras personas que fueron incluidas en el Acuerdo por la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Alquiler de Autos como conductores adicionales pueden conducir el veh\u00edculo.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EDAD<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El conductor debe tener 19 a\u00f1os* o m\u00e1s el d\u00eda de la firma del contrato de alquiler.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young driver fee of 150 NOK\/day incl. VAT is applied if the driver is 25 or younger.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*25 a\u00f1os para alquiler de City Camper; 24 a\u00f1os para alquiler de Moto<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver must show a valid driving license which allows him to operate the Vehicle. If the licence is not readable in the Latin alphabet or doesn\u2019t have a driver&#8217;s picture, the Renter must show an international driving licence. A digital driving licence is not accepted.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding a driving license for the requested category for at least one year is mandatory.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CONDUCTOR<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est\u00e1 prohibido conducir el veh\u00edculo a la persona (incluido el Arrendatario):<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quien no cumple con los requisitos establecidos por el Car Rental<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quien se encuentre bajo la influencia de sustancias alcoh\u00f3licas, estupefacientes u otras sustancias, que<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impedir la conciencia y retrasar la reacci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n posee un permiso de aprendizaje o una licencia de prueba?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Arrendatario es responsable del uso prudente y de la conducci\u00f3n cuidadosa del Veh\u00edculo, y<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9l o ella se compromete a utilizar el Veh\u00edculo \u00fanicamente de acuerdo con los fines designados.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to reclaim the Vehicle in its direct possession at any time if the Renter fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, without providing a refund.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Renter wishes to travel outside Norway, this must be agreed upon by the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Alquiler de Autos no es responsable por la desaparici\u00f3n o da\u00f1o a la propiedad que El Arrendatario o cualquier otra parte deje en el veh\u00edculo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of hiring the vehicle, the Renter is responsible for compliance with all traffic and legal regulations, for which the Renter is fully liable for the entire length of the rental of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toda la cobertura del seguro finalizar\u00e1 si se incumple cualquiera de los t\u00e9rminos anteriores.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KILOMETRAJE<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no mileage limit. Should the Renter, however, drive north of Trondheim (i.e. visiting Lofoten) and their booking is shorter than 12 days, a fee of 4900 NOK (incl. VAT) applies.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CONDUCIENDO AL EXTRANJERO<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conducci\u00f3n en el extranjero est\u00e1 permitida \u00fanicamente en los pa\u00edses escandinavos: Suecia, Dinamarca y Finlandia. Si el arrendatario desea viajar con el veh\u00edculo alquilado en el extranjero, deber\u00e1 acordarlo previamente con la empresa de alquiler de veh\u00edculos.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EST\u00c1 PROHIBIDO UTILIZAR EL VEH\u00cdCULO<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para transporte de m\u00e1s personas de las permitidas en el permiso de circulaci\u00f3n o especificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del veh\u00edculo<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para conducir en condiciones todoterreno o en carreteras que no est\u00e1n designadas para el veh\u00edculo<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caminos no asfaltados (tierra o grava) o playas. Viajar por estas carreteras anula todas las coberturas de protecci\u00f3n contra da\u00f1os. El Arrendatario ser\u00e1 responsable de todos los da\u00f1os causados por viajar por caminos no asfaltados (de tierra o grava).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Compa\u00f1\u00eda de alquiler de autom\u00f3viles no proporciona asistencia en carretera ni reparaciones cuando el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una carretera no asfaltada; es responsabilidad exclusiva del Arrendatario organizar su propia asistencia.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interior of the Vehicle is strictly non-smoking. A fine of 5000 NOK will be charged upon breaching this prohibition.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VIAJAR CON NI\u00d1OS<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company will take no responsibility for an incorrect Vehicle booked for carrying children.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cualquier negativa a tomar el Veh\u00edculo reservado se califica como cancelaci\u00f3n el d\u00eda de la recogida y no tendr\u00e1 derecho a reembolso.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company is not legally responsible for the chosen child seat or booster and its use during rental. This is entirely the responsibility of the Renter.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>3) TRASLADO Y DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DEL VEH\u00cdCULO<\/b><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TIEMPO<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter in an operating condition, together with the documents required for driving.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter at the time scheduled in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick-up and late drop-off outside of the Car Rental Company working hours (8 am-8 pm) are subject to a flat fee of 750 NOK.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle to the Car Rental Company in the place, on the date and at the time stated in the Agreement. This is no later than 11 am if not agreed differently in writing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter be late for pick-up or drop-off without prior notice, a late fee of 500 NOK per 30 minutes applies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early pick-up and late drop-off are subject to an extra fee of 125 NOK per additional hour. These are subjects of availability and must be agreed on with the Car Rental Company beforehand.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TARIFA DE LIMPIEZA<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition to the Renter, who agrees to pay a cleaning fee (current price on benzinicampers.com\/reservations) should the vehicle not be returned to the Car Rental Company in the same clean condition.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepaid Final Cleaning fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to charge the Renter for professional cleaning if any part of the vehicle is extremely dirty on return.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Arrendatario se compromete a devolver el WC qu\u00edmico vaciado y limpio por dentro y por fuera. Si el arrendatario no devuelve el inodoro qu\u00edmico limpio, la empresa de alquiler de veh\u00edculos cobrar\u00e1 1500 NOK por su limpieza.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMBUSTIBLE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El veh\u00edculo ser\u00e1 entregado al arrendatario con el tanque de combustible lleno.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se acuerda devolver el veh\u00edculo con el dep\u00f3sito de combustible lleno a la empresa de alquiler de coches. En caso de que no se cumpla esta condici\u00f3n, la empresa de alquiler de coches est\u00e1 autorizada a cobrar al arrendatario el reabastecimiento del veh\u00edculo. Se aplicar\u00e1 una tarifa de 25% adem\u00e1s de la factura del combustible.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wrong fuel usage is not covered by insurance, and the Renter takes full responsibility for the damage and its costs to fix it, even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ANUNCIO AZUL<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the rental vehicles use the fuel additive AdBlue to lower their emissions. This liquid must be refilled when the car computer signals this need.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must obey this signalisation and refill the AdBlue.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El arrendatario que no rellene el AdBlue a tiempo, lo que ocasione da\u00f1os al Veh\u00edculo, correr\u00e1 con todos los costes de reparaci\u00f3n independientemente del l\u00edmite de responsabilidad.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refuelling cost for AdBlue will be reimbursed by the Car Rental Company to the Renter should the Renter drive less than 2500 km during their rental period. A valid receipt must be provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LLAVES<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the cost of replacing keys which are lost or broken, or for the retrieval of keys locked in a Vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost is covered fully by the Renter, regardless of the Insurance package that may have been taken and even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INSPECCI\u00d3N DE DA\u00d1OS<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Arrendatario deber\u00e1 devolver el Veh\u00edculo en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibi\u00f3. Todo el equipo debe estar en su lugar y en las mismas condiciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas, oscuridad, lugar y\/o hora de devoluci\u00f3n del Veh\u00edculo no permiten a la Empresa de Alquiler de Autos descubrir la p\u00e9rdida de piezas del Veh\u00edculo, y\/o da\u00f1os causados al Veh\u00edculo y\/o a sus piezas durante el per\u00edodo de alquiler, o si es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil hacer dicho descubrimiento debido al estado sucio del Veh\u00edculo, ubicaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y\/o ubicaci\u00f3n inicial de las piezas faltantes, la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Alquiler de Veh\u00edculos tiene el derecho de exigir al Arrendatario el reembolso del da\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n si dichos da\u00f1os se descubren s\u00f3lo despu\u00e9s de la aceptaci\u00f3n de la devoluci\u00f3n del Veh\u00edculo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Empresa de alquiler de veh\u00edculos tiene derecho a exigir el reembolso \u00fanicamente de aquellos da\u00f1os que se hayan descubierto a m\u00e1s tardar dentro de las 72 horas siguientes a la aceptaci\u00f3n del Veh\u00edculo, con la condici\u00f3n de que durante ese tiempo el Veh\u00edculo no haya estado ya alquilado a otra persona.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4) COMPLEMENTOS<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La empresa de alquiler de coches se reserva el derecho de cancelar y reembolsar cualquier complemento. Estos est\u00e1n sujetos a disponibilidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cancelaci\u00f3n de los complementos por parte del Arrendatario sigue la misma pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n que la cancelaci\u00f3n de la reserva.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All add-ons must be returned in the same condition they were picked up in. Should the add-ons be returned dirty or damaged, the Car Rental Company has the right to charge the Renter a cleaning fee or replacement of the item at the current market rates.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>5) SEGURO<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All vehicles of the Car Rental Company have Compulsory third-party insurance coverage. This option comes with 24\/7 roadside assistance (liability 750 NOK).<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Basic Insurance: 20.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced Insurance:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 10.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 10.000 NOK. This coverage option protects both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option also comes with free 24\/7 roadside assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Full Insurance: 10.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguro de tranquilidad:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 5.000 NOK. In addition to full coverage, the Renter gets free 24\/7 road assistance and free change of dates* up to 24 hours before check-in.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Peace Of Mind Insurance: 5.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* In case the Renter must cancel his reservation on short notice, when he is not entitled to a refund or doesn\u2019t want the refund. Peace of Mind insurance allows free change of dates according to availability. If the new rental price per day varies: a.) lower price &#8211; non-refundable; b.) higher price &#8211; the difference must be paid. It\u2019s forbidden to park on the side of the road without any form of protection from traffic. It is the responsibility of the Renter to oversee its working condition (battery state) during the rental period.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CAMPING SALVAJE RESPONSABLE\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter agrees to follow the rules set by Allemannsretten and Traffic law<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must leave the camping spot in the same or better condition than on his arrival.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Arrendatario se compromete a proteger la calidad del agua.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se podr\u00e1 dejar basura, papel higi\u00e9nico ni toallas mojadas de un solo uso.
