D\u00c9FINITIONS<\/b><\/h2><p><b>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures est Benzini Campers AS\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Le locataire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 la personne indiqu\u00e9e sur la premi\u00e8re page du Contrat, qui a re\u00e7u le V\u00e9hicule \u00e0 utiliser aupr\u00e8s de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Location de Voitures<\/span><\/p><p><b>Le v\u00e9hicule<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Toute voiture, camping-car, remorque ou moto lou\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures<\/span><\/p><p><b>L&#039;accord<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 le contrat de location conclu entre le Car Rental<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et le Locataire, constitu\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2) CONDITIONS D&#039;UTILISATION DU V\u00c9HICULE<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seuls le Locataire et\/ou les autres personnes incluses dans le Contrat par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Location de Voitures en tant que conducteurs suppl\u00e9mentaires sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 conduire le v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c2GE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le conducteur doit \u00eatre \u00e2g\u00e9 de 19 ans* ou plus le jour de la signature du contrat de location.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young driver fee of 150 NOK\/day incl. VAT is applied if the driver is 25 or younger.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*25 ans pour City Camper ; 24 ans pour la location de moto<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PERMIS DE CONDUIRE<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver must show a valid driving license which allows him to operate the Vehicle. If the licence is not readable in the Latin alphabet or doesn\u2019t have a driver&#8217;s picture, the Renter must show an international driving licence. A digital driving licence is not accepted.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding a driving license for the requested category for at least one year is mandatory.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CONDUCTEUR<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conduite du v\u00e9hicule est interdite \u00e0 la personne (y compris le Locataire) :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qui ne respecte pas les exigences \u00e9tablies par Car Rental<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entreprise<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qui est sous l&#039;influence de substances alcooliques, narcotiques ou autres, qui<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">g\u00eaner la conscience et retarder la r\u00e9action<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qui est titulaire d&#039;un permis d&#039;apprenti conducteur ou d&#039;un permis probatoire<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Locataire est responsable d\u2019une utilisation prudente et d\u2019une conduite prudente du V\u00e9hicule, et<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">il s&#039;engage \u00e0 utiliser le V\u00e9hicule uniquement conform\u00e9ment aux fins qui lui sont assign\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to reclaim the Vehicle in its direct possession at any time if the Renter fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, without providing a refund.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Renter wishes to travel outside Norway, this must be agreed upon by the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures n&#039;est pas responsable de la disparition ou des dommages aux biens que le locataire ou toute autre partie laisse dans le v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of hiring the vehicle, the Renter is responsible for compliance with all traffic and legal regulations, for which the Renter is fully liable for the entire length of the rental of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toute couverture d&#039;assurance prendra fin en cas de violation de l&#039;une des conditions ci-dessus.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KILOM\u00c9TRAGE<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no mileage limit. Should the Renter, however, drive north of Trondheim (i.e. visiting Lofoten) and their booking is shorter than 12 days, a fee of 4900 NOK (incl. VAT) applies.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CONDUIRE \u00c0 L&#039;\u00c9TRANGER<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conduite \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tranger n&#039;est autoris\u00e9e que dans les pays scandinaves : Su\u00e8de, Danemark et Finlande. Si le locataire souhaite voyager avec le v\u00e9hicule lou\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tranger, il doit en convenir au pr\u00e9alable avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IL EST INTERDIT D&#039;UTILISER LE V\u00c9HICULE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour le transport de plus de personnes que ce qui est autoris\u00e9 dans le certificat d&#039;immatriculation ou dans les sp\u00e9cifications techniques du v\u00e9hicule<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour la conduite hors route ou sur des routes non d\u00e9sign\u00e9es pour le v\u00e9hicule<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur des routes non goudronn\u00e9es (terre ou gravier) ou sur des plages. Voyager sur ces routes annule toute couverture de protection contre les dommages. Le Locataire sera responsable de tous les dommages caus\u00e9s par un d\u00e9placement sur des routes non goudronn\u00e9es (terre ou gravier).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures ne fournit aucune assistance routi\u00e8re ni r\u00e9paration lorsque le v\u00e9hicule se trouve sur une route non goudronn\u00e9e, il incombe au locataire d&#039;organiser sa propre assistance.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interior of the Vehicle is strictly non-smoking. A fine of 5000 NOK will be charged upon breaching this prohibition.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VOYAGER AVEC DES ENFANTS<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company will take no responsibility for an incorrect Vehicle booked for carrying children.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout refus de prendre le V\u00e9hicule r\u00e9serv\u00e9 est assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 une annulation le jour de la prise en charge et ne donnera lieu \u00e0 aucun remboursement.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company is not legally responsible for the chosen child seat or booster and its use during rental. This is entirely the responsibility of the Renter.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>3) TRANSFERT ET RETOUR DU V\u00c9HICULE<\/b><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TEMPS<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter in an operating condition, together with the documents required for driving.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter at the time scheduled in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick-up and late drop-off outside of the Car Rental Company working hours (8 am-8 pm) are subject to a flat fee of 750 NOK.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle to the Car Rental Company in the place, on the date and at the time stated in the Agreement. This is no later than 11 am if not agreed differently in writing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter be late for pick-up or drop-off without prior notice, a late fee of 500 NOK per 30 minutes applies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early pick-up and late drop-off are subject to an extra fee of 125 NOK per additional hour. These are subjects of availability and must be agreed on with the Car Rental Company beforehand.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition to the Renter, who agrees to pay a cleaning fee (current price on benzinicampers.com\/reservations) should the vehicle not be returned to the Car Rental Company in the same clean condition.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepaid Final Cleaning fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to charge the Renter for professional cleaning if any part of the vehicle is extremely dirty on return.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Locataire s&#039;engage \u00e0 restituer les toilettes chimiques vid\u00e9es et nettoy\u00e9es de l&#039;int\u00e9rieur et de l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur. Si le locataire ne rend pas les toilettes chimiques nettoy\u00e9es, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures facture 1 500 NOK pour leur nettoyage.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CARBURANT<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le v\u00e9hicule sera livr\u00e9 au Locataire avec le r\u00e9servoir plein.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est convenu que le v\u00e9hicule soit restitu\u00e9 avec le r\u00e9servoir plein au loueur de voitures. Si cette condition n&#039;est pas remplie, le loueur de voitures est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 facturer au locataire le ravitaillement en carburant du v\u00e9hicule. Des frais de 25% seront appliqu\u00e9s en sus de la facture de carburant.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wrong fuel usage is not covered by insurance, and the Renter takes full responsibility for the damage and its costs to fix it, even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Annonce Bleue<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the rental vehicles use the fuel additive AdBlue to lower their emissions. This liquid must be refilled when the car computer signals this need.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must obey this signalisation and refill the AdBlue.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le locataire qui ne remplit pas l&#039;AdBlue \u00e0 temps, ce qui entra\u00eene des dommages au v\u00e9hicule, supportera tous les frais de r\u00e9paration quelle que soit la limite de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refuelling cost for AdBlue will be reimbursed by the Car Rental Company to the Renter should the Renter drive less than 2500 km during their rental period. A valid receipt must be provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CL\u00c9S<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the cost of replacing keys which are lost or broken, or for the retrieval of keys locked in a Vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost is covered fully by the Renter, regardless of the Insurance package that may have been taken and even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INSPECTION DES DOMMAGES<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Locataire doit restituer le V\u00e9hicule dans le m\u00eame \u00e9tat dans lequel il a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u. Tout l&#039;\u00e9quipement doit \u00eatre en place et dans le m\u00eame \u00e9tat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, l&#039;obscurit\u00e9, le lieu et\/ou l&#039;heure de restitution du V\u00e9hicule ne permettent pas \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Location de Voitures de d\u00e9couvrir la perte de pi\u00e8ces du V\u00e9hicule, et\/ou les dommages caus\u00e9s au V\u00e9hicule et\/ou \u00e0 ses pi\u00e8ces pendant la p\u00e9riode de location, ou s&#039;il est plus difficile de faire une telle d\u00e9couverte en raison de l&#039;\u00e9tat sale du V\u00e9hicule, de la localisation des dommages et\/ou de la localisation initiale des pi\u00e8ces manquantes, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Location de Voitures a le droit d&#039;exiger du Locataire le remboursement du les dommages \u00e9galement si ces dommages sont d\u00e9couverts seulement apr\u00e8s l&#039;acceptation du retour du V\u00e9hicule.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures a le droit d&#039;exiger le remboursement uniquement des dommages d\u00e9couverts au plus tard dans les 72 heures suivant l&#039;acceptation du v\u00e9hicule, \u00e0 condition que pendant cette p\u00e9riode le v\u00e9hicule n&#039;ait pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 lou\u00e9 \u00e0 une autre personne.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4) ADDITIONNELS<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures se r\u00e9serve le droit d&#039;annuler et de rembourser tout module compl\u00e9mentaire. Ceux-ci sont soumis \u00e0 disponibilit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;annulation des compl\u00e9ments par le Locataire suit la m\u00eame politique d&#039;annulation que l&#039;annulation de la r\u00e9servation<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All add-ons must be returned in the same condition they were picked up in. Should the add-ons be returned dirty or damaged, the Car Rental Company has the right to charge the Renter a cleaning fee or replacement of the item at the current market rates.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>5) ASSURANCE<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All vehicles of the Car Rental Company have Compulsory third-party insurance coverage. CDW (Basic Insurance) is mandatory in Norway and covers damage to the driver, passengers, other people\u2019s vehicles and other people\u2019s property.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INSURANCE doesn\u2019t cover<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any of the following situations will be covered by the Renter at full cost, regardless of the insurance plan chosen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any damage to the Vehicle, when in breach of a clause in this Rental Agreement.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dommages dus \u00e0 une n\u00e9gligence grave,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dommages dus \u00e0 la guerre, \u00e0 la r\u00e9volution, aux troubles civils ou aux \u00e9meutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9g\u00e2t des eaux sur le v\u00e9hicule.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des trous ont br\u00fbl\u00e9 dans les si\u00e8ges, les tapis ou les paillassons.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interior damages (bed, seats, kitchen equipment, bathroom equipment\u2026) and damages to the camping parts of the Vehicle (awning, roof tent, auxiliary heater, water tank, waste tank, plastic windows, skylights, bike racks\u2026)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage affecting wheels, tires, suspension, batteries, glass (other than windows), and radios.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perte par vol de pi\u00e8ces du v\u00e9hicule et dommages en r\u00e9sultant.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dommages caus\u00e9s par la conduite sur des routes accident\u00e9es \u00e0 la transmission du v\u00e9hicule, \u00e0 l&#039;entra\u00eenement et aux pi\u00e8ces situ\u00e9es dans ou fix\u00e9es au ch\u00e2ssis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les dommages r\u00e9sultant de la conduite dans des endroits o\u00f9 la circulation des v\u00e9hicules est interdite, tels que les sentiers, les pistes, les bancs de neige, la glace, les rivi\u00e8res ou ruisseaux sans pont et les plages.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour tout co\u00fbt associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une mauvaise utilisation du carburant.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dommages ou co\u00fbts r\u00e9sultant du non-remplissage d&#039;AdBlue \u00e0 temps.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dommages caus\u00e9s par le vent qui a fait sauter une porte.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le co\u00fbt du remplacement des cl\u00e9s endommag\u00e9es, perdues, vol\u00e9es ou verrouill\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le co\u00fbt de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration ou de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du v\u00e9hicule dans toute zone r\u00e9glement\u00e9e, submerg\u00e9e, embourb\u00e9e, pi\u00e9g\u00e9e ou abandonn\u00e9e, sauf en cas de circonstances ind\u00e9pendantes de la volont\u00e9 du locataire.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any lost\/damaged\/stolen personal belongings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>In addition to Basic insurance, the Renter can purchase Advanced Insurance or Peace Of Mind Insurance to lower their liability:<\/b><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assurance de base :\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic insurance has a self-risk of 20.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 20.000 NOK. Basic Insurance covers both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option comes with 24\/7 roadside assistance (liability 750 NOK).<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Basic Insurance: 20.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced Insurance:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 10.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 10.000 NOK. This coverage option protects both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option also comes with free 24\/7 roadside assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Full Insurance: 10.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assurance tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit\u00a0:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 5.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 5.000 NOK. In addition to full coverage, the Renter gets free 24\/7 road assistance and free change of dates* up to 24 hours before check-in.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Peace Of Mind Insurance: 5.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* In case the Renter must cancel his reservation on short notice, when he is not entitled to a refund or doesn\u2019t want the refund. Peace of Mind insurance allows free change of dates according to availability. If the new rental price per day varies: a.) lower price &#8211; non-refundable; b.) higher price &#8211; the difference must be paid. Le deuxi\u00e8me versement doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 au plus tard 15 jours avant le d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode de location.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tous les frais incluent la TVA 25% (taxe gouvernementale).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00c9AGES<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Vehicles are equipped with AutoPASS electronic devices, so the Renter can have worry-free travel.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With these, the Renter only pays for what he or she uses plus VAT of 25%.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The overview and total cost will be sent to the Renter within several days after the rental period ends.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le locataire n&#039;est pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser son propre appareil AutoPASS ou des accords similaires.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BILLETS DE TIERS<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures re\u00e7oit une contravention de stationnement, de p\u00e9age priv\u00e9, d&#039;exc\u00e8s de vitesse ou toute autre contravention au cours de la p\u00e9riode de location du locataire, le locataire est responsable du paiement de la contravention.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company covers the cost of the ticket and reserves the right to charge the Renter\u2019s card regardless of when the rental period ended.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to add a 25% service fee for each ticket received from the Renters&#8217; rental period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le locataire choisit le virement bancaire comme mode de paiement, il devra prendre en charge les frais de traitement bancaire.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter has one week from the first payment request is sent to pay the costs to the Car Rental Company. If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of 100 NOK per week will be applied. Dans ce cas, le montant total de la location sera rembours\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>8) DOMMAGES, ACCIDENTS, VOL ET VANDALISME<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Locataire s&#039;engage \u00e0 informer imm\u00e9diatement la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Location de Voitures via<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de tout accident de la route, accident, vol ou dommage au V\u00e9hicule et\/ou \u00e0 ses<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pi\u00e8ces, et\/ou de tout autre incident survenu au V\u00e9hicule<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Locataire s&#039;engage \u00e0 enregistrer les noms, num\u00e9ros de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et adresses des<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participants \u00e0 l&#039;incident et t\u00e9moins de l&#039;incident<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Locataire s&#039;engage \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures, ses assureurs et les autorit\u00e9s charg\u00e9es de l&#039;application de la loi dans le cadre de l&#039;enqu\u00eate et de la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes juridiques d\u00e9coulant d&#039;un accident de la route, d&#039;un vol et\/ou d&#039;un acte de vandalisme.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si les trois conditions susmentionn\u00e9es ne sont pas respect\u00e9es, le Locataire prend en charge tous les frais de r\u00e9paration du V\u00e9hicule de Location ainsi que tous les autres frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;accident.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for all fluids necessary for the operation of the Vehicle. Checking the levels of oil and cooling liquid is recommended by the manufacturer every 500 km.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should there be a malfunction of the Vehicle due to a lack of the Vehicle\u2019s fluids, the Renter is responsible for covering the damage.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le locataire est responsable de la bonne pression des pneus pendant la p\u00e9riode de location.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les \u00e9ventuels dommages \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du V\u00e9hicule et \u00e0 ses parties de camping (d\u00e9tails au 5\u00e8me paragraphe du pr\u00e9sent document) ne sont couverts par aucun des forfaits d&#039;assurance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is not allowed to repair any damage on his own unless it\u2019s agreed on with the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MAUVAIS FONCTIONNEMENT<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vehicles are fully maintained and serviced; however, it must be recognised that occasional breakdowns and problems may occur.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de panne ou de dysfonctionnement des pi\u00e8ces principales du V\u00e9hicule et de ses pi\u00e8ces, le Locataire contactera imm\u00e9diatement la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Location de Voitures et suivra ses instructions. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures prendra toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fauts.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le locataire ne suit pas les instructions de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voiture et que ses actions aggravent encore le probl\u00e8me, c&#039;est le locataire qui couvrira l&#039;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des frais de r\u00e9paration du v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Rental Company does not refund any lost bookings (flights, activities, ferries, etc.) if those were lost due to the Vehicle failure. No alternative accommodation or food items will be paid for during such downtime.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remarque : Il peut souvent \u00eatre difficile d&#039;effectuer des r\u00e9parations pendant les week-ends et les p\u00e9riodes de vacances et\/ou dans des zones recul\u00e9es en raison des horaires d&#039;ouverture limit\u00e9s et\/ou des pi\u00e8ces de rechange.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: Some of the vehicles are older types with plenty of mileage, some of them over 300k km. The Car Rental Company does, however, maintain them regularly and keep them up to the safety standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout remboursement pour probl\u00e8mes sur route sera effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode de location et sera d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>9) CAMPING<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parking for a night must be taken in a safe place. It\u2019s forbidden to park on the side of the road without any form of protection from traffic. The Renter is not allowed to park the Vehicle for a night on a terrain that can change overnight (water rise, muddy ground, etc.).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location de voitures d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas d&#039;accident caus\u00e9 par une mauvaise utilisation du gaz, de l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou d&#039;autres \u00e9quipements du v\u00e9hicule. Une introduction compl\u00e8te \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation de ces \u00e9quipements est toujours fournie au locataire avant le d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode de location.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By agreeing to these Terms &amp; Conditions, the Renter was informed to keep the gas safety lever closed at all times when not in use.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A carbon monoxide (CO2) alarm is located in each Vehicle and checked by the Car Rental Company before each rental. It is the responsibility of the Renter to oversee its working condition (battery state) during the rental period.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CAMPING SAUVAGE RESPONSABLE\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter agrees to follow the rules set by Allemannsretten and Traffic law<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must leave the camping spot in the same or better condition than on his arrival.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Locataire s&#039;engage \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;eau.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aucun d\u00e9chet, papier toilette ou serviette mouill\u00e9e \u00e0 usage unique ne doit \u00eatre laiss\u00e9 sur place.
