VAT is applied if the driver is 25 or younger.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*25 anni per City Camper; 24 anni per noleggio Moto<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PATENTE DI GUIDA<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver must show a valid driving license which allows him to operate the Vehicle. If the licence is not readable in the Latin alphabet or doesn\u2019t have a driver&#8217;s picture, the Renter must show an international driving licence. A digital driving licence is not accepted.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding a driving license for the requested category for at least one year is mandatory.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AUTISTA<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La guida del veicolo \u00e8 vietata alla persona (incluso il Locatario):<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chi non rispetta i requisiti stabiliti dall&#039;Autonoleggio<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Azienda<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chi \u00e8 sotto l&#039;influenza di sostanze alcoliche, stupefacenti o di altro tipo, che<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">impediscono la coscienza e ritardano la reazione<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chi \u00e8 titolare di un permesso per studente o di una licenza di prova<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il Locatario \u00e8 responsabile dell&#039;uso prudente e della guida attenta del Veicolo, e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lui o lei si impegna a utilizzare il Veicolo solo secondo gli scopi per i quali \u00e8 stato designato.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to reclaim the Vehicle in its direct possession at any time if the Renter fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, without providing a refund.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Renter wishes to travel outside Norway, this must be agreed upon by the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Societ\u00e0 di Autonoleggio non \u00e8 responsabile per la scomparsa o il danneggiamento di beni che il Noleggiatore o qualsiasi altra parte lascia nel veicolo<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of hiring the vehicle, the Renter is responsible for compliance with all traffic and legal regulations, for which the Renter is fully liable for the entire length of the rental of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tutta la copertura assicurativa verr\u00e0 interrotta in caso di violazione di uno qualsiasi dei termini di cui sopra.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CHILOMETRAGGIO<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no mileage limit. Should the Renter, however, drive north of Trondheim (i.e. visiting Lofoten) and their booking is shorter than 12 days, a fee of 4900 NOK (incl. VAT) applies.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GUIDARE ALL&#039;ESTERO<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La guida all&#039;estero \u00e8 consentita solo nei paesi scandinavi: Svezia, Danimarca e Finlandia. Se il locatario desidera viaggiare con il veicolo noleggiato all&#039;estero, deve essere concordato in anticipo con la societ\u00e0 di autonoleggio.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E&#039; VIETATO UTILIZZARE IL VEICOLO<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per il trasporto di pi\u00f9 persone di quanto consentito nella carta di circolazione o nelle specifiche tecniche del veicolo<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per la guida in condizioni fuoristrada o su strade non destinate al veicolo<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su strade non asfaltate (sterrate o ghiaiose) o sulle spiagge. Viaggiare su queste strade annulla tutte le coperture di protezione dai danni. Il Locatario sar\u00e0 responsabile per tutti i danni causati dalla circolazione su strade non asfaltate (sterrate o ghiaiose).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La societ\u00e0 di noleggio auto non fornisce assistenza stradale o riparazioni quando il veicolo si trova su una strada non asfaltata, \u00e8 responsabilit\u00e0 esclusiva del noleggiatore organizzare la propria assistenza<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interior of the Vehicle is strictly non-smoking. A fine of 5000 NOK will be charged upon breaching this prohibition.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VIAGGIARE CON BAMBINI<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company will take no responsibility for an incorrect Vehicle booked for carrying children.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualsiasi rifiuto di prendere in consegna il Veicolo prenotato \u00e8 considerato un annullamento il giorno del ritiro e non dar\u00e0 diritto ad alcun rimborso.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company is not legally responsible for the chosen child seat or booster and its use during rental. This is entirely the responsibility of the Renter.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>3) TRASFERIMENTO E RESTITUZIONE DEL VEICOLO<\/b><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TEMPO<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter in an operating condition, together with the documents required for driving.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter at the time scheduled in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick-up and late drop-off outside of the Car Rental Company working hours (8 am-8 pm) are subject to a flat fee of 750 NOK.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle to the Car Rental Company in the place, on the date and at the time stated in the Agreement. This is no later than 11 am if not agreed differently in writing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter be late for pick-up or drop-off without prior notice, a late fee of 500 NOK per 30 minutes applies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early pick-up and late drop-off are subject to an extra fee of 125 NOK per additional hour. These are subjects of availability and must be agreed on with the Car Rental Company beforehand.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TASSA DI PULIZIA<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition to the Renter, who agrees to pay a cleaning fee (current price on benzinicampers.com\/reservations) should the vehicle not be returned to the Car Rental Company in the same clean condition.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepaid Final Cleaning fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to charge the Renter for professional cleaning if any part of the vehicle is extremely dirty on return.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il Cliente si impegna a restituire il WC chimico svuotato e pulito sia all&#039;interno che all&#039;esterno. Nel caso in cui il noleggiatore non restituisca la toilette chimica pulita, la societ\u00e0 di noleggio auto addebiter\u00e0 1500 NOK per la pulizia.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CARBURANTE<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il veicolo verr\u00e0 consegnato all&#039;affittuario con il serbatoio di carburante pieno.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si concorda che il Veicolo venga restituito con il serbatoio pieno di carburante alla Societ\u00e0 di autonoleggio. Qualora questa condizione non venga rispettata, la Societ\u00e0 di autonoleggio \u00e8 autorizzata ad addebitare al Locatario il costo del rifornimento del Veicolo. Verr\u00e0 applicata una commissione di 25% in aggiunta alla fattura del carburante.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wrong fuel usage is not covered by insurance, and the Renter takes full responsibility for the damage and its costs to fix it, even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BLU PUBBLICITARIO<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the rental vehicles use the fuel additive AdBlue to lower their emissions. This liquid must be refilled when the car computer signals this need.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must obey this signalisation and refill the AdBlue.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;affittuario che non rifornisce l&#039;AdBlue in tempo, causando danni al veicolo, sosterr\u00e0 tutti i costi di riparazione, indipendentemente dal limite di responsabilit\u00e0.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refuelling cost for AdBlue will be reimbursed by the Car Rental Company to the Renter should the Renter drive less than 2500 km during their rental period. A valid receipt must be provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CHIAVI<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the cost of replacing keys which are lost or broken, or for the retrieval of keys locked in a Vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost is covered fully by the Renter, regardless of the Insurance package that may have been taken and even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISPEZIONE DEI DANNI<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il Locatario dovr\u00e0 restituire il Veicolo nelle stesse condizioni in cui \u00e8 stato ricevuto. Tutte le attrezzature devono essere a posto e nelle stesse condizioni.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualora le condizioni atmosferiche, l&#039;oscurit\u00e0, il luogo e\/o l&#039;ora della riconsegna del Veicolo non consentano alla Societ\u00e0 di Autonoleggio di scoprire la perdita di parti del Veicolo, e\/o danni causati al Veicolo e\/o a sue parti durante il periodo di noleggio, o se \u00e8 pi\u00f9 difficile effettuare tale scoperta a causa delle condizioni sporche del Veicolo, della localizzazione del danno e\/o della localizzazione iniziale delle parti mancanti, la Societ\u00e0 di Autonoleggio ha il diritto di richiedere al Locatario il rimborso del danno anche se tale danno viene scoperto solo dopo l&#039;accettazione della restituzione del Veicolo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Societ\u00e0 di Autonoleggio ha il diritto di richiedere il rimborso solo del danno scoperto entro e non oltre 72 ore dall&#039;accettazione del Veicolo, a condizione che durante tale periodo il Veicolo non fosse gi\u00e0 stato noleggiato ad un&#039;altra persona.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4) COMPONENTI AGGIUNTIVI<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La societ\u00e0 di noleggio auto si riserva il diritto di annullare e rimborsare eventuali componenti aggiuntivi. Questi sono soggetti a disponibilit\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cancellazione dei componenti aggiuntivi da parte del locatario segue la stessa politica di cancellazione della cancellazione della prenotazione<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All add-ons must be returned in the same condition they were picked up in. CDW (Basic Insurance) is mandatory in Norway and covers damage to the driver, passengers, other people\u2019s vehicles and other people\u2019s property.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INSURANCE doesn\u2019t cover<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any of the following situations will be covered by the Renter at full cost, regardless of the insurance plan chosen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any damage to the Vehicle, when in breach of a clause in this Rental Agreement.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danni dovuti a negligenza grave,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danni dovuti a guerre, rivoluzioni, disordini civili o sommosse.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danni causati dall&#039;acqua al veicolo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fori bruciati su sedili, moquette o stuoie.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interior damages (bed, seats, kitchen equipment, bathroom equipment\u2026) and damages to the camping parts of the Vehicle (awning, roof tent, auxiliary heater, water tank, waste tank, plastic windows, skylights, bike racks\u2026)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage affecting wheels, tires, suspension, batteries, glass (other than windows), and radios.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perdita per furto di parti del veicolo e danni che ne conseguono.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danni causati dalla guida su strade sconnesse alla trasmissione del veicolo, alla trasmissione e alle parti interne o fissate al telaio.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danni derivanti dalla guida in luoghi in cui \u00e8 vietata la circolazione dei veicoli, come sentieri, piste, banchi di neve, ghiaccio, fiumi o torrenti senza ponti e spiagge.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per ogni costo legato all&#039;errato utilizzo del carburante.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danni o costi derivanti dal mancato rifornimento tempestivo di AdBlue.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danni causati dal vento che fa saltare una porta.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il costo per la sostituzione delle chiavi danneggiate, perse, rubate o chiuse all&#039;interno del veicolo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il costo per recuperare o recuperare il veicolo da qualsiasi area riservata, sommersa, impantanata, intrappolata o abbandonata, a meno che non sia causata da circostanze indipendenti dal controllo del Locatario.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any lost\/damaged\/stolen personal belongings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>In addition to Basic insurance, the Renter can purchase Advanced Insurance or Peace Of Mind Insurance to lower their liability:<\/b><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assicurazione di base:\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic insurance has a self-risk of 20.000 NOK. This option comes with 24\/7 roadside assistance (liability 750 NOK).<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Basic Insurance: 20.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced Insurance:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 10.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 10.000 NOK. This coverage option protects both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option also comes with free 24\/7 roadside assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Full Insurance: 10.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assicurazione per la tranquillit\u00e0:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 5.000 NOK. In addition to full coverage, the Renter gets free 24\/7 road assistance and free change of dates* up to 24 hours before check-in.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Peace Of Mind Insurance: 5.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* In case the Renter must cancel his reservation on short notice, when he is not entitled to a refund or doesn\u2019t want the refund. Peace of Mind insurance allows free change of dates according to availability. If the new rental price per day varies: a.) lower price &#8211; non-refundable; b.) higher price &#8211; the difference must be paid. Checking the levels of oil and cooling liquid is recommended by the manufacturer every 500 km.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should there be a malfunction of the Vehicle due to a lack of the Vehicle\u2019s fluids, the Renter is responsible for covering the damage.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;affittuario \u00e8 responsabile della corretta pressione degli pneumatici durante il periodo di noleggio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eventuali danni all&#039;interno del Veicolo e alle sue parti da campeggio (dettagli nel 5\u00b0 paragrafo del presente documento) non sono coperti da nessuno dei pacchetti assicurativi.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is not allowed to repair any damage on his own unless it\u2019s agreed on with the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MALFUNZIONAMENTO<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vehicles are fully maintained and serviced; however, it must be recognised that occasional breakdowns and problems may occur.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In caso di guasto o malfunzionamento delle parti principali del Veicolo e delle sue parti, il Noleggiatore contatter\u00e0 immediatamente la Societ\u00e0 di Autonoleggio e seguir\u00e0 le sue istruzioni. It\u2019s forbidden to park on the side of the road without any form of protection from traffic.
