VAT is applied if the driver is 25 or younger.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*25 \u00e5r gammel for City Camper; 24 \u00e5r gammel for motorsykkelutleie<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00d8RERKORT<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver must show a valid driving license which allows him to operate the Vehicle. If the licence is not readable in the Latin alphabet or doesn\u2019t have a driver&#8217;s picture, the Renter must show an international driving licence. VAT) applies.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KJ\u00d8RING I UTLANDET<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c5 kj\u00f8re i utlandet er kun tillatt i skandinaviske land: Sverige, Danmark og Finland. Dersom Leietaker \u00f8nsker \u00e5 reise med det leide kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet til utlandet, m\u00e5 det avtales p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd med Bilutleiefirmaet.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DET ER FORBUDT \u00c5 BRUKE KJ\u00d8RET\u00d8YET<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For transport av flere personer enn tillatt i registreringsbevis eller teknisk spesifikasjon av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For kj\u00f8ring i terrengforhold eller p\u00e5 veier som ikke er beregnet for kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e5 uforseglede (smuss- eller grusveier) eller strender. Reiser du p\u00e5 disse veiene ugyldiggj\u00f8res all skadebeskyttelse. Leietaker vil v\u00e6re ansvarlig for alle skader for\u00e5rsaket av kj\u00f8ring p\u00e5 uforseglede (jord eller grus) veier.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bilutleiefirmaet yter ingen veihjelp eller reparasjoner n\u00e5r kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet er p\u00e5 utett vei, dette er leietakers ansvar helt og holdent \u00e5 ordne med egen assistanse<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interior of the Vehicle is strictly non-smoking. A fine of 5000 NOK will be charged upon breaching this prohibition.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REISER MED BARN<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company will take no responsibility for an incorrect Vehicle booked for carrying children.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ethvert avslag p\u00e5 \u00e5 ta det bestilte kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet klassifiseres som en kansellering p\u00e5 hentedagen og vil ikke ha krav p\u00e5 refusjon.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company is not legally responsible for the chosen child seat or booster and its use during rental. This is entirely the responsibility of the Renter.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>3) OVERF\u00d8RING OG RETUR AV KJ\u00d8RET\u00d8YET<\/b><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TID<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter in an operating condition, together with the documents required for driving.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company transfers the vehicle to the Renter at the time scheduled in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick-up and late drop-off outside of the Car Rental Company working hours (8 am-8 pm) are subject to a flat fee of 750 NOK.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle to the Car Rental Company in the place, on the date and at the time stated in the Agreement. This is no later than 11 am if not agreed differently in writing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Renter be late for pick-up or drop-off without prior notice, a late fee of 500 NOK per 30 minutes applies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early pick-up and late drop-off are subject to an extra fee of 125 NOK per additional hour. These are subjects of availability and must be agreed on with the Car Rental Company beforehand.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RENGJ\u00d8RINGSGEBYR<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition to the Renter, who agrees to pay a cleaning fee (current price on benzinicampers.com\/reservations) should the vehicle not be returned to the Car Rental Company in the same clean condition.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepaid Final Cleaning fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to charge the Renter for professional cleaning if any part of the vehicle is extremely dirty on return.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker samtykker i \u00e5 returnere det kjemiske toalettet t\u00f8mt og rengjort fra innsiden og utsiden. Dersom Leietaker ikke leverer rengjort kjemisk toalett, belaster Bilutleiefirmaet 1500 NOK for rengj\u00f8ring.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BRENSEL<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet vil bli levert til leietaker med full drivstofftank.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet er avtalt \u00e5 returneres med full drivstofftank til bilutleiefirmaet. Dersom denne betingelsen ikke er oppfylt, er bilutleiefirmaet autorisert til \u00e5 belaste leietakeren for \u00e5 fylle drivstoff p\u00e5 kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet. Et gebyr p\u00e5 25% vil bli p\u00e5lagt p\u00e5 toppen av drivstoffregningen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wrong fuel usage is not covered by insurance, and the Renter takes full responsibility for the damage and its costs to fix it, even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AD BL\u00c5<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the rental vehicles use the fuel additive AdBlue to lower their emissions. This liquid must be refilled when the car computer signals this need.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must obey this signalisation and refill the AdBlue.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker som unnlater \u00e5 etterfylle AdBlue i tide, noe som resulterer i skade p\u00e5 Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet, vil b\u00e6re alle reparasjonskostnader uavhengig av ansvarsgrensen.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refuelling cost for AdBlue will be reimbursed by the Car Rental Company to the Renter should the Renter drive less than 2500 km during their rental period. A valid receipt must be provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00d8KLER<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for the cost of replacing keys which are lost or broken, or for the retrieval of keys locked in a Vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost is covered fully by the Renter, regardless of the Insurance package that may have been taken and even if the cost exceeds the maximum liability amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SKADEINSPEKSJON<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker m\u00e5 returnere kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet i samme stand som det ble mottatt. Alt utstyr skal v\u00e6re p\u00e5 plass og i samme stand.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis v\u00e6rforhold, m\u00f8rke, sted og\/eller tidspunkt for retur av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet ikke tillater bilutleiefirmaet \u00e5 oppdage tap av deler av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet, og\/eller skade for\u00e5rsaket av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet og\/eller dets deler under leieperioden, eller hvis det er vanskeligere \u00e5 gj\u00f8re slik oppdagelse p\u00e5 grunn av skitten tilstand p\u00e5 kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet, plasseringen av skaden og\/eller den opprinnelige plasseringen av de manglende delene, har bilutleiefirmaet rett til \u00e5 kreve fra leietaker refusjon av skade ogs\u00e5 dersom slik skade oppdages f\u00f8rst etter aksept av retur av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bilutleiefirmaet har rett til \u00e5 kreve refusjon kun for slike skader som ble oppdaget senest innen 72 timer etter aksept av Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet, forutsatt at Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet i l\u00f8pet av den tiden ikke allerede var leid ut til en annen person.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4) TILLEGG<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bilutleiefirmaet forbeholder seg retten til \u00e5 kansellere og refundere eventuelle tillegg. Disse er avhengig av tilgjengelighet.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kansellering av tilleggene av leietaker f\u00f8lger samme avbestillingsregler som kanselleringen av reservasjonen<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All add-ons must be returned in the same condition they were picked up in. Should the add-ons be returned dirty or damaged, the Car Rental Company has the right to charge the Renter a cleaning fee or replacement of the item at the current market rates.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>5) FORSIKRING<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All vehicles of the Car Rental Company have Compulsory third-party insurance coverage. CDW (Basic Insurance) is mandatory in Norway and covers damage to the driver, passengers, other people\u2019s vehicles and other people\u2019s property.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INSURANCE doesn\u2019t cover<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any of the following situations will be covered by the Renter at full cost, regardless of the insurance plan chosen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any damage to the Vehicle, when in breach of a clause in this Rental Agreement.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skader p\u00e5 grunn av grov uaktsomhet,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skader p\u00e5 grunn av krig, revolusjon, sivil uro eller oppt\u00f8yer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vannskade p\u00e5 kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hull brent inn i seter, tepper eller matter.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interior damages (bed, seats, kitchen equipment, bathroom equipment\u2026) and damages to the camping parts of the Vehicle (awning, roof tent, auxiliary heater, water tank, waste tank, plastic windows, skylights, bike racks\u2026)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage affecting wheels, tires, suspension, batteries, glass (other than windows), and radios.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap ved tyveri av deler av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet og skader som f\u00f8lge av dette.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skader for\u00e5rsaket av kj\u00f8ring p\u00e5 ulendt vei p\u00e5 kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yets girkasse, drivverk og deler som er i eller festet til chassiset.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skader som f\u00f8lge av kj\u00f8ring p\u00e5 steder hvor kj\u00f8ret\u00f8ytrafikk er forbudt, som stier, stier, sn\u00f8bredder, is, elver uten bro eller bekker og strender.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For eventuelle kostnader forbundet med feil bruk av drivstoff.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skader eller kostnader som skyldes at AdBlue ikke er fylt i tide.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skader for\u00e5rsaket av vinden som bl\u00e5ser opp en d\u00f8r.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kostnaden for \u00e5 erstatte n\u00f8kler som har blitt skadet, mistet, stj\u00e5let eller l\u00e5st inne i kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kostnaden for \u00e5 hente eller gjenopprette kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet fra ethvert begrenset omr\u00e5de, nedsenket, fastklemt, fanget eller forlatt, med mindre det er for\u00e5rsaket av omstendigheter utenfor leietakers kontroll.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any lost\/damaged\/stolen personal belongings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>In addition to Basic insurance, the Renter can purchase Advanced Insurance or Peace Of Mind Insurance to lower their liability:<\/b><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grunnforsikring:\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic insurance has a self-risk of 20.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 20.000 NOK. Basic Insurance covers both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option comes with 24\/7 roadside assistance (liability 750 NOK).<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Basic Insurance: 20.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced Insurance:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 10.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 10.000 NOK. This coverage option protects both damages to the vehicle (CDW) and damages to a third party. This option also comes with free 24\/7 roadside assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Full Insurance: 10.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trygghetsforsikring:<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter can purchase this additional insurance (waiver) with a self-risk of 5.000 NOK. The Renter is liable for the cost of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property damage up to 5.000 NOK. In addition to full coverage, the Renter gets free 24\/7 road assistance and free change of dates* up to 24 hours before check-in.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security deposit authorised with Peace Of Mind Insurance: 5.000 NOK.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* In case the Renter must cancel his reservation on short notice, when he is not entitled to a refund or doesn\u2019t want the refund. Peace of Mind insurance allows free change of dates according to availability. If the new rental price per day varies: a.) lower price &#8211; non-refundable; b.) higher price &#8211; the difference must be paid. PARTS BILLETTER<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dersom Bilutleiefirmaet mottar en parkeringsavgift, privat bompenger, fartsovertredelse eller en hvilken som helst annen billett fra Leietakers leieperiode, er Leietaker ansvarlig for \u00e5 dekke billetten.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company covers the cost of the ticket and reserves the right to charge the Renter\u2019s card regardless of when the rental period ended.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Car Rental Company reserves the right to add a 25% service fee for each ticket received from the Renters&#8217; rental period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dersom leietaker velger bankoverf\u00f8ring som betalingsm\u00e5te, m\u00e5 leietaker dekke bankbehandlingsgebyrene.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter has one week from the first payment request is sent to pay the costs to the Car Rental Company. If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of 100 NOK per week will be applied. I dette tilfellet vil hele leiebel\u00f8pet bli refundert.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>8) SKADE, ULYKKER, TYVERI OG H\u00c6RVERK<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker forplikter seg til umiddelbart \u00e5 informere Bilutleiefirmaet via<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">telefon av enhver trafikkulykke, ulykke, tyveri eller skade p\u00e5 kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet og\/eller dets<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deler og\/eller andre hendelser som har skjedd med kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker forplikter seg til \u00e5 registrere navn, telefonnumre og adresser til<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deltakere i hendelsen og vitner til hendelsen<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker forplikter seg til \u00e5 samarbeide med bilutleieselskapet, dets forsikringsselskaper og rettsh\u00e5ndhevende myndigheter i l\u00f8pet av etterforskning og l\u00f8sning av juridiske sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l som oppst\u00e5r fra en trafikkulykke, tyveri og\/eller h\u00e6rverk.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dersom de tre ovennevnte vilk\u00e5rene ikke er oppfylt, dekker Leietaker alle utgifter til reparasjon av Leiekj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet og eventuelle andre kostnader forbundet med ulykken.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is responsible for all fluids necessary for the operation of the Vehicle. Checking the levels of oil and cooling liquid is recommended by the manufacturer every 500 km.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should there be a malfunction of the Vehicle due to a lack of the Vehicle\u2019s fluids, the Renter is responsible for covering the damage.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker er ansvarlig for riktig dekktrykk i leieperioden.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eventuelle skader p\u00e5 kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yets interi\u00f8r og campingdeler (detaljer i 5. ledd i dette dokumentet) dekkes ikke av noen av forsikringspakkene.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter is not allowed to repair any damage on his own unless it\u2019s agreed on with the Car Rental Company.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FEIL<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vehicles are fully maintained and serviced; however, it must be recognised that occasional breakdowns and problems may occur.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I tilfelle feil eller funksjonsfeil i hoveddelene av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet og dets deler, vil leietakeren umiddelbart kontakte bilutleiefirmaet og f\u00f8lge instruksjonene. It\u2019s forbidden to park on the side of the road without any form of protection from traffic. The Renter is not allowed to park the Vehicle for a night on a terrain that can change overnight (water rise, muddy ground, etc.).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bilutleiefirmaet tar ikke ansvar for ulykker for\u00e5rsaket av feil bruk av gass, elektrisk eller annet utstyr i kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet. En fullstendig introduksjon til bruken av disse gis alltid til Leietaker f\u00f8r leieperiodens start.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By agreeing to these Terms &amp; Conditions, the Renter was informed to keep the gas safety lever closed at all times when not in use.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A carbon monoxide (CO2) alarm is located in each Vehicle and checked by the Car Rental Company before each rental. It is the responsibility of the Renter to oversee its working condition (battery state) during the rental period.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ANSVARLIG WILD CAMPING\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter agrees to follow the rules set by Allemannsretten and Traffic law<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Renter must leave the camping spot in the same or better condition than on his arrival.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leietaker samtykker i \u00e5 beskytte vannkvaliteten.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingen s\u00f8ppel, toalettpapir eller v\u00e5te engangsh\u00e5ndkl\u00e6r m\u00e5 etterlates.
