Campervan Hobbit

Campervan Hobbit is a city campervan that offers the highest camping comfort while remaining a compact vehicle under 6 metres. It features hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and comfortable sleeping arrangements, making you feel at home on the road trip.

Location

Just like all our campervans, Hobbit’s home is in Sandefjord town, 15 minutes from Torp Airport and 1,5 hours from Oslo. You can pick it up at any of our rental locations, where we will meet you in person to familiarise you with the campervan.

Layout & Sleeping

In the front, you will find two single seats, both on a swivel base that lets you rotate the seats when camping. In the back part of the vehicle is a full double bed. Duvets, pillows and bedding are included in the campervan. There are windows with shades and mosquito nets on all sides of the vehicle.

Kitchen

The indoor kitchen has a double gas stove fueled by an 11 kg gas bottle, a sink with running water (warm) and 95 l fresh and 90 l grey water tanks. The front-loading 90 l fridge will keep your beer cold. The cupboard is filled with all the necessary dishes and utensils you might need for your camping cooking (list below), and a lot of storage space is left for your groceries.

Bathroom and storage

In the middle of the campervan, there is a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The water can be heated up by gas only. Plenty of storage compartments are located above and under the main bed.

Electricity

When the camper is not connected to an external power source (wild camping), only the lights, USB portsfridge, auxiliary heater, and water tap function.

When the camper is connected to the external power source (at campsite), in addition to the above-mentioned features, the 230 V outlets also work.
