Choosing a campervan Wolf for your camping trip around Norway gives you a well-thought and reliable vehicle. It’s a beast always hungry for new adventures, but not too hungry for fuel since its consumption is only 6 l/100 km!
Choosing a campervan Wolf for your camping trip around Norway gives you a well-thought and reliable vehicle. It’s a beast always hungry for new adventures, but not too hungry for fuel since its consumption is only 6 l/100 km!
Like all our campervans, Wolf’s home is in Sandefjord town, 15 minutes from Torp Airport (TRF) and 1,5 hours from Oslo. Those three locations are where we personally deliver the campervans to you. Both Sandefjord and Oslo are great starting points to embark on an unforgettable campervan road trip in Norway.
This compact VW campervan is a well-designed vehicle with lots of smart functions. In the front, you will find two single seats, both on a swivel base. The rear seat comes with two seat belts and works as a foldable bed for two as well. The second bed for two is found under the pop-up roof, which can be also secured to the ceiling while open and gives you enough space to stand in the car. The pop-up roof has side “walls” made out of tent fabric with insect nets in its windows. Sleeping bags follow in the campervan, together with pillows, sheets and bedding. To have nice and cosy nights on your trip in whatever weather, the campervan comes with a parking heater that can run for a whole night.
The indoor kitchen comes with a double gas stove fueled by a 2 kg gas bottle, a sink with running water (cold) and 30 l fresh and grey water tanks. The top loading 30 l fridge will keep your beer cold. The cupboard is filled with all the necessary dishes and utensils you might need for your camping cooking.
The back of the campervan has several small storage places, great for your personal things that you need to have by hand. Wolf is a compact campervan and the space for your luggage is limited.
All electric devices such as a fridge, lights, USB outlets and a diesel heater are powered by two leisure batteries that charge while you drive. If you need more power, you can connect the campervan to 220 V at camping sites. Charge your devices by plugging them into USB ports or you can add a voltage converter to your campervan rental and charge at 220 V while driving.
For the ultimate comfort during the driving part of your journey, Wolf is equipped with cruise control, has comfy armrests, storage compartments in the cab, plenty of CDs to play and just as in all of our campervans a phone holder. It is a manual transmission vehicle and runs on diesel. Its 80-litre tank can drive you up to 1000 km away!

Our van (the Dante) ran like a dream and accommodated all our camping needs perfectly. As a first-time campervan driver, it was very easy to learn and use all the features of the van. I also have to thank Lenka for being so kind, informative, and patient with us when answering our questions and getting us up to speed with the van. She even provided some recommendations of places to park overnight for certain legs of the trip, which was very helpful. If you are able, I would highly recommend experiencing Norway in a campervan. It gave us a lot of flexibility for our itinerary and the view outside the window was always stunning (especially the fjords!).Posted on Clarissa Di Fonzo10. Lena picked us up at Sandefjord train station and then showed us every feature of “the beast”. I was travelling with my girlfriends and she immediately put us all in a good mood! Also, if you’re ok with the basic insurance, they won’t push you to purchase a more expensive one (as it often happens with other companies). Definitely recommended!Posted on kfir9. Costumer service was 10/10 from start to end. When we were looking to rent a car or a van in Norway, we read the reviews on many different well knows companies and were so sock and stressed by them that we almost canceled our trip, glad we found Benzini in the last minute! As there were no accusations on their reviews on weird extra charges once you have left the country and lack of clear communication. You could tell that their van was made with love, super clean and with genius small details that were made to make our stay in it as comfortable as possible, like a supply of oil, salt and papaer and viniger, different lightning and curtains options in the back and clean and cosy bedsheets for their comfy bed! This was also one of the only companies we saw that include bed sheets in the full price and don't charge extra for them, which is super important as we weren't going to carry bed sheets from abroad. Insurance: we took their basic insurance and added an external rental cover one from back home, luckily it wasn't needed. There is no mile limitation but for our rental length Trondheim was our limit, which was fine.Posted on Blaž Sitar8. May, 2026.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nice rental company. We rented Raido camper and it was in great condition. We drove with no issues and the ability to camp out of a leisure battery was awesome. It allowed us to camp at some very nice spots. Whole renting procedure, pickup and dropoff went without any issues and we were able to change our dropoff point on the fly, which was nice. Getting all information and kind reminders in advance was also a nice gesture and we liked reading their blog posts for some more camping tips, tricks and hidden gems across Norway. We highly recommend Benzini Campers and would definitely rent here again.Posted on Nicole Clarke5. May, 2026.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From starting the booking process to dropping off our camper we had an excellent experience with Benzini campers. Lenka talked us through all the details and the whole office were always available to support and advise us. Hobbit was a great way to experience Norway, very comfortable and warm with everything required to be self sufficient. Highly recommended, we would definately use again.Posted on Hernan Resta5. Manejamos 5000 km por todo Noruega sin ningún problema 🥰❤️Posted on Hamza Chergui26. March, 2026.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Not only was Henry the perfect companion, but also Benzini Campers is a very professional, kind and helpful organization from the start of my adventure till the very end. I strongly recommend to hire one of the cool and fancy campervans from Benzini Campers. It was an amazing and unforgettable trip thanks to them and Henry! I will definitely come back again :)Posted on Dimphy K12. October, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We visited Norway in July 2025 and rented the Dante campervan for 2,5 weeks at Benzini Campers. It was an amazing experience! The campervan was very cozy and clean. We contacted Lenka several times due to a minor issue we had with our grey water tank, and we were assisted wel. Highly recommend Benzini Campers!Posted on Carla Prat8.
