How to get to Oslo City from Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL)?
🚆 Train (23 min / from 124 NOK) – The most budget-friendly option is the Vy regional train (RE10, RE11, or R12) directly to Oslo S (Central Station).

I fly to OSL, but don't want to pay for Oslo delivery.
If you fly to Oslo Gardemoen Airport, you don’t necessarily need to opt for Oslo City delivery. Simply take a direct train from the airport to Sandefjord (RE11) where we meet you at the train station free of charge.
Should I book my train/bus tickets in advance?
NO – You don’t need to purchase the tickets in advance from Oslo Gardemoen Airport to Oslo S (Central Station).
If you want to get to Sandefjord, we recommend booking. Longer distance train tickets from Oslo Central Station or Oslo Gardemoen Airport to Sandefjord should be booked in advance to secure the best rates. The bus tickets can also be booked out if not secured in advance.
Can I drop the van off in a different city?
Yes, you can choose any of our rental locations for both pick-up and drop-off.
Is there Benzini Campers office at the train station?
No, our office is located in Sandefjord town. Should you opt for Oslo City campervan delivery, we will deliver the campervan to the Oslo Central Station at the scheduled time.
Can I leave my suitcases with you?
No, this option is not available in Oslo as there is no office.
You can pick the campervan up in Sandefjord and leave your suitcases there free of charge.
Will someone familiarise me with the campervan?
Yes, we always meet our customers in person. Our team member will explain all the functions of the campervan, provide essential info on driving in Norway and answer all your questions.
What are closest supermarkets?
Grocery stores in Oslo are generally quite small. We recommend driving to your destination for the day and stocking up in smaller towns, but bigger grocery stores along the way.
What are the best campsites in Oslo?
There are only a few campsites located in Oslo, and they are quite pricey. Here you can camp in Oslo: Topcamp Ekeberg ou Topcamp Bogstad. You will need to take public transport to get to the city centre.
Is there a wild camping spot in Oslo?
